Zamfara State House member, Tukur Jekada dies at 60

Reports reaching CAPITAL POST has it that a member representing
‌Bakura Local Government Constituency, Tukur Jekada, in
Zamfara State House of Assembly is dead.

Tukur died Sunday evening after a brief illness at the age of 60 years.

The deceased who was the Committee Chairman on Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs has been buried in his hometown, Birnin Tudu in Bakura Local Government Area of Zamfara State.

His funeral was attended by the Speaker of the House, Nasiru Muazu Magarya, and other prominent personalities, particularly his colleagues in the State Assembly.
