2027: Rude shock awaits APC as 230m Nigerians will knock out 25 governors in 2027 – El-Rufai

Ex-Kaduna State governor, Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai has said, rude shock awaits the ruling All Progressives Congress in the 2027 general election, saying 230 million Nigerians would knock out 25 governors through votes.

Speaking at the African Democratic Congress, ADC’s unveiling of National Contact and Mobilisation office in Jos on Wednesday, said, while governors are defecting to APC, Nigerians are moving enmasse into ADC.

El-Rufai expressed optimism that the ADC which he is a chieftain has capacity to unite Nigerians and tackle security challenges if it takes over governance in the State and across others States in 2027, adding that there is hope for Nigerians.

He urged the people of Plateau to support the African Democratic Congress.

He recalled how he use to visit his wife during her Youth Service in Jos, stating that in over 40 years, things have gone the wrong and that was no longer possible.

“I hope with better leadership at the state and National level, we will be able to unite people of Plateau state across ethnic and religious lines; so that Plateau state can be that Home of Peace and tourism that we have known it to be.

We pray God gives us the ability to unite you, “ the former governor added.

He called on the people to seize the opportunity of mis-governance by the All Progressives Congress and the Peoples Democratic Party to install new leadership ADC, vowing that with the support of the people in the state, ADC will defeat the ruling APC in the next general election.

“I know that everyone is tired of this APC and PDP government across the country. Everyone is looking up to APC to save Nigeria. Governors from PDP are defecting to APC but Nigerians are defecting to ADC. By God’s grace, 230m Nigerians will defeat 25 governors.
