BREAKING: Terrorists storm Girls secondary school, kidnapped several female students, kill one staff in Kebbi

Terrorists on Monday morning stormed the Maga Comprehensive Girls’ Secondary School in Kebbi and abducted scores of girls, while a staff member was killed.

The incident happened around 6.00am and report said, a security guard at the gate when terrorists stormed was shot and is in critical condition at an unknown medical facility.

The students were preparing for their morning routines when the terrorists stormed the school which they began shooting sporadically after gaining entrance into the school premises.

The incident left trail of fear and panic as parents trooped to the school to see if their wards were among those abducted or survived.

Meanwhile residents are calling on government authorities to take urgent step in rescuing the abducted female students before they are taken far into the forest.

Kebbi is in the north western Nigeria and the state has been bedeviled with banditry activities for some time.
