Ex-PDP chairman kidnapped in Kwara

As Kwara State’s security get worse by the day, a former Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has reportedly been kidnapped by unknown gunmen

Abubakar Sabi Sise who was the former PDP Chairman of Boriya–Shiya Ward in Baruten Local Government Area of Kwara State, was attacked and forcefully taken away from his residence by the gunmen in the early hours of Thursday.

Kidnappers reportedly stormed his residence around 12.00am firing several gunshots to scare people before whisking their target away in the middle of the night.

Several sources confirm to newsmen that kidnappers’ mission was the former Chairman of PDP and having abducted Alhaji Sise, they went away without looking for other residents around the scene of operation.

It was also gathered that one of his sons, was returning home late at night and encountered kidnappers who told him to call his father and open door them and having taken the father, they left other family members.

Kwara State Police Command was yet to issue a statement before filing the report.
