Arch Bishop Joseph Nzekwesi has advised the Ndi Igbo living in South Africa to invest in the economy and the Real Estate sector in Nigeria’s Southeast and Southsouth as part of their contributions to the sustainable development of the region, particularly that such investments have proved lucrative and not fallow when done in partnership with Pineleaf.
The Arch Bishop of Jesus is Alive Church and the Chief Executive Officer of Pineleaf, in a chat with our correspondent gave the advice upon his return from South Africa recently in Anambra, stressing that the Diaspora Ndigbo investing back home is best way to go now.

The Clergy said, he has decades of experience in the Real Estate industry, and he could only urge the prospective Ndi Igbo Investors to approach the transactions with confidence as there will be no loss of resources.
He said: “Ndi Igbo investors should approach the transaction with confidence as there exists no possibility of loses or resources invested becoming fallow as Pineleaf has capacity to stabilize the investment.

“Pineleaf will effect a smooth buy-back should such investment becomes over time and gainfully so as the property have tended to always appreciate in value with time even within a year”, he said.
