BREAKING: Faleke purchases nomination forms for Tinubu

The House of Representatives member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, Hon James Abiodun Faleke has purchased presidential nomination and expression of interest forms for President Ahmed Bola Tinubu.

The ruling All Progressives Congress, APC began sales of forms on Saturday 25th May, 2026 which will end on 2nd May, 2026.

Faleke who is founder of Tinubu Support Group, the APC National Organising Secretary, Suleiman Argungu; and other APC officials stormed the National headquarters of APC in Abuja yo pick forms for President Tinubu after four days after commencement of sales.

Meanwhile, the APC National Organising Secretary, Suleiman Argungu, after picking the forms spoke with journalists, saying the party is transparent in its dealings and the sales of forms.

Faleke has been a political ally of President Tinubu for a long time and the payment of N100 million for forms reinforces his loyalty to Tinubu.

CAPITAL POST reported that the Independent National Electoral Commission has scheduled the Presidential and National Assembly elections for Saturday, January 16, 2027, while governorship and State Houses of Assembly elections will hold on Saturday, February 6, 2027.

No member of the APC has shown interest in challenging President Tinubu in the forthcoming general election yet.
