BREAKING: Kogi-born female business tycoon, Aisha Achimugu finally forfeited N4.6bn jewellery, N4.3bn cars, $50,000, N30m
The Justice Jude Onwugbuzie of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court sitting in Apo, Abuja, has ordered Kogi-born female business tycoon, Aisha Achimugu to forfeit assets linked to her tomthe Federal Government.
The assets were listed as jewellery valued at N4.645 billion, 11 exotic vehicles worth N4.293 billion, $50,000 in cash and N30 million.
The judgement was delivered on Thursday, 16th July, 2026, after months of legal fireworks after the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) sought for the final forfeiture of the assets.
Justice Jude Onwugbuzie expressed satisfaction that the anti-graft agency has proved beyond reasonable doubts and delivered that jewellery worth N4,645,170,294.09, 11 exotic vehicles valued at N4,293,000,000, $50,000 and N30 million in cash be immeduately andmfinally forefeited to the Federal Government.
