Kaduna to benefit from landmark housing partnership between Save Well Luxury and Nurus-Siraj

In a strategic move poised to reshape the future of affordable housing in Kaduna State, Save Well Luxury Home Limited has entered into a landmark partnership with Nurus-Siraj Nigeria Limited to provide affordable housing units and accessible land ownership opportunities for Kaduna residents.
The partnership brings together two real estate powerhouses—Save Well Luxury Home, led by Abuja-based developer Dr. Abdulrasheed Muideen Romeo, and Nurus-Siraj Nigeria Limited, a well-established estate developer with a deep footprint across Kaduna. The collaboration aims to address the housing needs of low and middle-income earners by offering affordable, well-planned homes in strategic parts of the state.

Nurus-Siraj has played a vital role in Kaduna’s real estate growth, having worked closely with the state government on numerous mass housing projects in locations such as Millennium City, Ungwan Dosa, Jere, and Kutungare. The firm’s strength in land acquisition, infrastructure development, and its strong ties with the Kaduna State Government make it an ideal partner for this mission. Save Well Luxury Home brings a fresh dimension to the collaboration, with its proven excellence in delivering quality housing in the Federal Capital Territory and an ambitious vision to extend its influence across Nigeria.
The initiative will deliver housing units starting from as low as ₦5 million for two-bedroom homes and ₦8.5 million for three-bedroom units, with flexible installment and mortgage payment plans to ease the burden of outright purchase. In addition to housing, the project includes affordable land offerings in well-structured layouts, enabling residents to either build their own homes or invest for the future.

Governor Uba Sani’s administration has embraced this private-sector-led approach by providing land at no cost to developers who demonstrate capacity and integrity. This public-private partnership aligns with the state’s broader vision of reducing the housing deficit, encouraging urban growth, and stimulating economic empowerment through real estate investments.
Speaking on the partnership, Dr. Abdulrasheed Muideen Romeo, Managing Director of Save Well Luxury Home, described the venture as a legacy project aimed at expanding access to decent housing. “This is more than a business venture—it’s a responsibility. We are committed to making homeownership a reality for everyday Nigerians. Working with a trusted partner like Nurus-Siraj allows us to scale impact faster and more efficiently,” he stated.
Nurus-Siraj’s leadership expressed equal optimism, noting that the partnership would significantly accelerate ongoing efforts to transform Kaduna into a modern, livable city. “We’ve been building homes in Kaduna for years, but this collaboration with Save Well brings new strength. It’s a win for the people of Kaduna and a major step forward for inclusive development,” a representative of the company said.
With construction already scheduled to begin on various sites, the joint venture is expected to roll out its first set of homes within months, creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs in the process. More importantly, it stands to deliver hope, dignity, and stability to Kaduna residents who have long desired affordable, high-quality housing.
As this historic partnership takes off, Kaduna stands at the threshold of a real estate transformation driven by bold leadership, private sector innovation, and a deep commitment to social progress.
