Mercy Eke links inability to get married to BBnaija show, laments

A Big Brother Naija winner and celebrity, Mercy Eke, has linked her inability to get married to her presence in the BBNaija show.

She lamented that her participation in the reality show was badly affecting her chances of getting married.

In a video which has gone viral, Mercy lamented her love experience and inability to find a life partner after the show.

According to her, fame which she assumed after winning the show was scaring young men from asking for her hand in marriage.

Reflecting her pain in an interview with Toke Makinwa, the reality star cited financial imbalance as a recurring issue despite her desire to build a stable future.

Regretting going for the show, she said, “I regret going to Big Brother even though I love the benefits that come from it. I dey fall in love like mumu, now I said to myself that I want to marry, I want to marry but it’s not easy. 

“I have dated guys that I have given a lot of money to, not one not two, because they don’t have”, she said.
