Pro-Tinubu group in Kano South mobilises for Tinubu’s election in 2027

The Deputy Coordinator of Arewa for Asiwaju (A4A) in Kano South, Hon. Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya, has said the zone will mobilise support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election bid in 2027.
Gaya said the people of Kano South would reciprocate the Federal Government’s interventions in infrastructure, irrigation, agriculture and other development projects by voting massively for Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 general elections.

He spoke on Sunday during an interactive meeting with APC stakeholders from Gaya Local Government Area of Kano State.
The declaration was contained in a statement issued by Sabo Umar to media outlets on behalf of the deputy coordinator.

Gaya said the projects executed by the Federal Government demonstrated its commitment to food security, infrastructure renewal and human capital development under the Renewed Hope Agenda.
He described Kano South as a strategic electoral zone, noting that its voting strength could significantly influence the outcome of the 2027 general elections.
According to him, the zone comprises 16 local government areas and accounts for a substantial share of Kano State’s 6.57 million registered voters.
He said the population strength of the zone placed it in a strategic position to mobilise grassroots support for Tinubu’s re-election through A4A.
Gaya added that the Federal Government had executed several strategic projects across the 16 local government areas, particularly in infrastructure, agriculture and irrigation.
He said the projects were expected to stimulate economic activities and improve the livelihoods of residents.
The A4A chieftain urged APC stakeholders to intensify grassroots mobilisation and sustain engagement with communities to consolidate the party’s support ahead of the elections.
At the end of the meeting, the stakeholders pledged to intensify mobilisation for Tinubu’s re-election and work towards the APC’s victory at all levels in the 2027 general elections.
