Pro-Tinubu Women group inaugurates Mrs Yuguda, Air Comdr Elon as patron, Patroness

It was a beehive of activities yesterday at the National Headquarters of Nigerian Women for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu 2027 [NW-P-BAT] as the association held a grand investiture ceremony for prominent community leaders and grassroots mobilizers.
The Secretariat was filled to capacity as multitudes turned out to witness the inauguration of new Patrons, Patronesses, and State Coordinators appointed to drive the association’s mandate of continuity and consolidation for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s 8-year vision.

The occasion was chaired by the Grand Patron of the Association, Chief Omo-Oba Adewale Fosudo. Also in attendance was Hon. Tanko Cede, popularly known as _“Arewa”_, Liaison Officer between the National Assembly and the Ruling Party, who represented the APC National Chairman and the Senate President.
Those inaugurated were her Excellency, Mrs. Yuguda – Former First Lady of Bauchi State, as Patroness, and Rtd Gen Edwin Commodore Elon, decorated officer and community leader and the Chairman of Retired Veterans Association for Tinubu 2027 who was inaugurated as Patron of NW-P-BAT, Barr. Agbada as Ambassador-At-Large
Chief Sugar former Special Assistant to Governor of Imo state as Patron, Mis Veronica Idi as Ambassador- At Large
Other grassroots mobilizers were also inducted to serve in various capacities across the country.
In her keynote address, the National Leader of NW-P-BAT, Chief Hajia Amina Ina Abubakar, charged the new inductees to “hit the ground running.”
She stated: _“What we owe Mr. President now is time to consolidate on his economic reforms. By 2031, when he completes his 8 years, Nigeria will stand tall as an economic giant. Our task is to take this message to the grassroots and deliver an additional 5 million votes to ensure a seamless coast to victory in 2027.”
Responding on behalf of the inductees, Gen Edwin Elon (Rtd.) and Her Excellency Mrs. Yuguda expressed gratitude and pledged total commitment.
They promised to mobilize aggressively at the grassroots to make NW-P-BAT walk its talk and fulfill the promise of delivering massive votes for President Tinubu’s reelection.”_
The event ended with renewed commitment from members to deepen voter education, grassroots engagement, and women mobilization ahead of 2027.
