BREAKING: 2027: APC nomination form prices fake – Publicity Secretary, Morka

The National Publicity Secretary of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Reuben Morka has described as fake prices of nomination forms for the 2027 elections which has been trending since Friday.

Prices of forms including presidential, Governorship to the House of Assembly, ranging from N200 million, the State House of Assembly for N20 million and others are figment of imagination of those behind it and not the APC.

Morka in a statement on Saturday made available to journalists in Abuja, insisted that the report did not emanate from the party.

According to him, the purported “price list” which has been circulating in some sections of the media has drawn the attention of the party and he described as “fake”, urging the public to discard the report.

“The APC stated categorically that the report is FAKE, and did not emanate from the Party,” Morka said.

Morka said no decision or announcement had been made on the sale or pricing of forms for the 2027 elections.

“To be clear, no decision or announcement has been made on the sale or pricing of forms for the 2027 elections,” he said.

He described the report as “a mere figment of the writer’s mischievous imagination.”

Morka urged members of the party, the media and the public to disregard the report.
