Released Prospective Corps Members

Imo State Commissioner of Police, CP Audu Bosso, has denied ransom payment as claimed by some families of the 20 released prospective National Youth Service Corps members.

In a swift reaction to the claims on Thursday, Bosso said security personnel descended on the forest of kidnappers forcefully and combed the forest to rescue the embattled corps members. He said the joint troops put pressure under gunfire until the abductors release their victims.
