Grace Ayoola bags Her Excellency award, named among 50 women of excellence
Entrepreneur and women empowerment advocate Grace Ometere Ayoola has been honoured with the prestigious Her Excellency Award in recognition of her contributions to entrepreneurship, gender equality and women’s empowerment.
The recognition was presented as part of activities marking International Women’s Day 2026, where Ayoola was also named among the 50 Women of Excellence—a group of outstanding women celebrated for their leadership, resilience and positive impact on society.

Reacting to the honour, Ayoola described the recognition as both humbling and motivating.
“This recognition is a reminder that women must continue to rise, support one another, and boldly occupy spaces of leadership and influence,” she said.
Ayoola, the Chief Executive Officer of Trash Movers Nigeria Limited and founder of TAT Fragrance, a Nigerian perfume brand, urged women to remain confident, invest in their skills and pursue their ambitions despite challenges.
She stressed that empowering women remains critical to building stronger communities and achieving sustainable economic growth.
