Tinubu’s Drug Battle: US court set to rule on records
The United States court is set to rule on release of alleged FBI, drug records linked to Nigeria’s President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
This was disclosed by US-based advocacy firm, Von Batten-Montague-York.

The advocacy firm quoted the court to have ordered a deadline for final briefings in a Freedom of Information Act, FOIA, case involving alleged Federal Bureau of Investigation, FBI and Drug Enforcement Administration, DEA, records concerning President Bola Tinubu.
In a statement by the advocacy firm, Von Batten-Montague-York, on Tuesday, said the court will review arguments of all parties involved and decide on the case.
The statement reads in full “In the FOIA case concerning alleged @FBI and @DEAHQ heroin-trafficking records related to Nigerian President Bola Tinubu (@officialABAT), the court-ordered deadline for final briefings has now passed.
“Barring any new developments, the Court will now review the parties’ arguments and deliberate accordingly.
“We believe the Court will rule in favour of the plaintiff and order the release of portions of the alleged heroin-trafficking records concerning President Tinubu.”
