Gala Times unveils free global glatform for events, media, entertainment, business

Gala Times, a new global event technology, media and entertainment platform, has launched a free-to-use digital ecosystem designed to connect people, businesses, event organisers and cultures across international markets.
Developed by Azariah Management Group (AMG), the platform brings together event management, online ticketing, event discovery, advertising, social networking, digital publishing, podcasts, news and lifestyle content in one integrated digital environment.

Founded by Joseph Ibeh and Chiffon Watkins, Gala Times seeks to make event technology more accessible while creating opportunities for businesses, organisers, creative professionals and audiences to connect beyond geographical boundaries.
The founders said the platform was built on the belief that event technology should be accessible, practical and capable of supporting individuals and businesses regardless of their size or location.

Unlike conventional platforms focused primarily on ticket sales, Gala Times offers a broader ecosystem through which users can plan, promote, discover, manage and experience events.
Its services are designed to support different activities, including international conferences, concerts, fashion shows, exhibitions, festivals, weddings, corporate meetings, academic summits, sporting competitions and cultural celebrations.
The platform is free to use, although applicable transaction-processing charges and fees for optional commercial services may apply.
Gala Times also provides opportunities for event organisers to create and promote activities, manage registrations, reach prospective attendees and expand their audiences.
Its ecosystem is equally designed to accommodate businesses and service providers, including photographers, filmmakers, designers, entertainers, caterers, hospitality operators and marketing professionals seeking greater visibility within the events industry.
One of the platform’s distinctive features is Gala Mate, a social discovery and event companion service designed to facilitate communication and relationships among users.
The feature incorporates messaging, voice notes, event-location sharing, digital business cards and ticket gifting, allowing participants to establish personal and professional connections beyond individual events.
The platform also extends into digital media through Gala Times Podcast, Gala Times News and Gala Times Magazine.
Gala Times Podcast, also known as Gala Times Pod, will feature conversations with entrepreneurs, corporate executives, educators, investors, athletes, designers, policymakers, artists and other influential personalities.
Its editorial focus covers entrepreneurship, leadership, finance, technology, fashion, sports, health and wellness, entertainment, culture, academia and international development.
The podcast is expected to explore the stories, experiences and ideas shaping industries, institutions and societies through interviews, video podcasts and multimedia storytelling.
Similarly, Gala Times News will cover events, entertainment, fashion, business, cultural developments, celebrity lifestyles and developments within the creative industries.
Gala Times Magazine will complement the news platform with interviews, profiles, lifestyle features and visual storytelling celebrating creativity, leadership, excellence and cultural influence.
The media platforms are intended to extend the relevance of events beyond their scheduled dates by creating opportunities for continued conversations, publicity and international exposure.
The platform is supported by an international team with experience spanning broadcasting, filmmaking, investment, technology, business development and creative communications.
Its leadership includes Vice President Dan Akinlolu, an international broadcaster, filmmaker and media entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience across film, television, digital media and content development.
Akinlolu’s professional background includes work associated with MultiChoice and M-Net, as well as creative ventures through Grey Consortium Holdings and other media and technology initiatives.
His responsibilities within Gala Times align with the platform’s ambitions in international storytelling, multimedia production, content partnerships and creative innovation.
Stanley Chukwu serves as Investment Director, contributing to the company’s investment strategy, capital development and international expansion plans.
The technology team is led by Taiwo Dele, working alongside Osmond Ugbodaga and other technical professionals.
Other members of the international team include Aishat Jimoh, Edgar Collingwood-Williams, Mary Ijeoma Chiazor, Lydia and Caroline Kairos, alongside other professional collaborators.
The platform also has multimedia and podcast production support from a UK-based team member, Joseph.
Gala Times is positioning itself to serve audiences across the United States, United Kingdom, Africa and other international markets, with a focus on cross-border events, diaspora communities, cultural celebrations and global business networking.
Its advertising system will also allow businesses to submit promotional campaigns for administrative review and approval before publication.
The platform is a technology initiative of Azariah Management Group, a strategic consulting, technology development and business innovation company involved in digital transformation, commercialization, project management and business development.
According to its founders, Gala Times is intended to go beyond conventional event management by creating a digital destination where technology, media, entertainment, business and cultural exchange reinforce one another.
With its integrated event management, ticketing, networking and publishing services, the company hopes to expand access to digital event solutions while creating new opportunities for entrepreneurs, creative professionals and international audiences.
