Easter: Oyetola hosts reinstated Osun LG Chairmen, visits Chief Bisi Akande

In a show of unity and appreciation, reinstated Local Government Chairmen in Osun State paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Marine and Blue Economy, Adegboyega Oyetola, at his Iragbiji residence on Easter Monday.

Led by Mr. Abiodun Idowu, Chairman of the Osun State chapter of the Association of Local Government of Nigeria (ALGON), the delegation extended Easter greetings to the Minister and expressed heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering support and pivotal role in their reinstatement.

Continuing the spirit of Easter and political fellowship, Minister Oyetola on Tuesday visited former Osun State Governor and APC National Leader, Chief Bisi Akande, at his Ila residence.

During the visit, Oyetola exchanged Easter goodwill with the elder statesman and engaged in meaningful dialogue on national development, party cohesion, and principled leadership.

He commended Chief Akande’s lifelong service to the nation, describing him as a pillar of progressive politics and a guiding light for democratic ideals in Nigeria.
