BREAKING: IPOB’s deadly Commander, ‘Gentle De Yahoo’ captured
Gentle De Yahoo, a deadly Commander of the militant wing of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB has been captured by troops of the Nigeria Army from his hideout after he has been evasive for several years.
He is a notorious criminal who operates criminal networks across the South East leading to kidnapping and killing of innocent citizens.
He is reported to have been terrorizing and causing nightmare for residents and travelers around the Okigwe and its surrounding communities.
It was Gentle De Yahoo that commanded the beheading of couple soldiers who were travelling to the South East preparatory for their wedding.
He was said to have raped the female soldier before she was brutally beheaded.
Residents of Okigwe were on Tuesday thrown into jubilation as news of the arrest of Gentle De Yahoo filtered into town with some residents who wouldn’t want their names in quote expressing relief and joy.
“We are happy, this is the end of sit at home in the South East. Peace will return to town now”, jubilant resident told some journalists.
